Limit pip version

Carolina Nilsson requested to merge a002527/midas:Limit_pip_version into master

Editable install will stop working with pip>=25 see https://github.com/pypa/pip/issues/11457. There is an issue for fixing this #106. In release 0.4.0 of MIdAS we will limit the pip version.
