Added method to unify reference and model calendars (fixes #96)

Added a function which unifies the calendars of reference and model time coordinates, by changing reference calendar to model calendar.

One or a few details left for discussion in #96 (closed), so keeping as draft, but basic functionality is there to be tested with problematic data sets.
