- For now, play it safe by producing Missing Value if there is at least one missing data value during a time period for a point (gridcell, etc.) More sophisticated treatment depends on data source, which index, as well as the general context (e.g. intended use). "Simple" handling is a preprocessor thing, a more general missing data handler (interpolation in space and time, other types of imputing, etc., as well as flexible and context-aware limits for acceptance/rejection/selection of methods, ...) is definitely out of scope for climix. |
