Last spring frost

Merged Lars Bärring requested to merge a001257/climix:last_spring_frost into master

Change (?) index name from lsf to something better. I B4EST we used Last_spring_frost_JFMAMJ, but that goes against the "general CMIP and ESGF rule" of not having uppercase and underscores.
