WHIST, the World Hydrological Input Set up Tool, is a GIS based tool developed at SMHI mainly used for setting up subbasins and their connections for the hydrological model HYPE, extract spatial attributes and create the GeoData.txt in HYPE format. This is WHIST official wiki page and it is continuously updated.
