Implement support for relative humidity and inverse relative humidity

bias-adjustment for relative humidity (hurs) and inverse relative humidity (100-hurs) should be implemented. Bias-adjustment should follow the same procedure as precipitation but without the correction of wet-day-frequency by ssr and an option to invert the data (100-hurs) before and after bias-adjustment. Also, a range check should be made at the end.
