Change spelling of color parameter name to colour

The MetCoOp CAP profile version 1.0 mandates use of color parameter. The spelling of this word is American English, though as for my understanding, we should prefer British English.

Therefore I'm suggesting to change this parameter name (<valueName>) from color to colour.
