Climix documentation structure on readthedocs

The table of content includes climate indices and documentation index, seen on the first page. The word 'index' has two different meanings in these two cases, which is somewhat confusing. Also 'Index' link is empty. Restructure, and possibly remove some links, to make it more clear.
