Allow index functions to use coordinate information

Some indices need to include coordinate information in the calculation. Examples are:

• growing season length (gsl) and related indices that use latitude information to shift calculation period 6 month in the southern hemisphere
• sunshine duration (SSp) that calculates the actual sunshine duration as a fraction of the day length (latitude, time)
