Add option to calculate index with annual single month

Specifying monthly range will be possible with #95 (closed), but there is no way to specify a single month because of ambiguity in the initial letter of the months (see #255 (comment 31992)). Add option to use single month ranges by specifying the first three letters in a month. Examples:
