cell_methods for seasonal indices

In branch klaus/klimfab_0.13.x seasonal indices (as currently defined) have cell_methods = "time: mean season: season_year: max_spell". Leaving the hard_coded max_spell for now -- it is another issue (#193 (closed)) -- the index function should only operate on the season, not the season_year.
